The GovNP Beta Wiki is the primary private beta testing and development space of the independent GovNP Foundation. This is where all of the structure, templates, policies, navigation, and content for the entire GovNP project, including but not limited to GovNPedia, Commons, and all sister wikis on ministries, parliament, courts, legislation, and government projects, will be developed and tested prior to any public version of the project being released. It allows the developers to do so within a secure private space under the domain govnp.tech. The future public releases (GovNPedia, Commons, et al.) will be developed after completion of the beta stage. The wiki will remain private and utilized solely by the official team of the foundation. The project is purely educational and reference-only, not-for-profit, not affiliated with the Government of Nepal, and completely independent of it. All future public wikis will explicitly state their non-governmental, volunteer-developed nature.
