Reason for request

The name is still pending a second level of community input, and if there is a deep change, a database change may be requested later. This is in preparation for a successful RfC to merge various reception wikis into an 'internet qualitipedia' wiki including social media content, websites, and wikis, consistent with the projects from the original netpedia which are being merged together.

Tali and I are current oversight of Netpedia although I will be falling into the background after initial setup takes place. Setup will be somewhat gradual, merging wikis one at a time from smaller to large with ongoing effort to ensure templates and structures that each wiki has do not clash with each other.

This request seeks review from an unaffiliated team member for acceptability.
