Local administrators and community functionaries are expected to uphold a higher standard of conduct. They must not use their authority to harass, intimidate, or silence others. Any violations by functionaries will be taken seriously and may result in stricter sanctions.
Enforcement
Local administrators are responsible for the enforcement of this policy. Possible actions include:
- Warnings: Informing users of their violations and reminding them of the conduct policy.
- Blocking: Temporarily or permanently restricting access to users who repeatedly violate the policy.
- Content Moderation: Reverting or hiding edits that violate this policy.
Sanctions
Sanctions for violations are at the discretion of local administrators and may vary based on the severity and context of the violation. Options include:
- Temporary Bans: Short-term removal from the platform.
- Permanent Bans: Long-term or permanent restrictions for serious or repeated violations.
- Global Locking: Users who violate policies across multiple wikis may face global locking, restricting their access to all WikiOasis wikis.
