The Staff Team is responsible for the overall direction and decision-making of WikiOasis. They are tasked with strategic planning, policy creation, and ensuring the site's vision is aligned with the community’s needs.

The Tech Team ensures that the technical infrastructure of WikiOasis is stable, functional, and up-to-date. They handle everything from fixing bugs to implementing new technical features and maintaining the backend systems

The Trust and Safety Team is responsible for safeguarding the community and site from harmful content and behavior. They address issues related to copyright violations, child exploitation, harassment, and other forms of abuse.
