WikiOasis Partner Program Agreement

This Partner Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Partner") and WikiOasis, and governs your participation in the WikiOasis Partner Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purpose

The WikiOasis Partner Program is designed to support and empower dedicated communities who actively create and maintain content on WikiOasis. In exchange for your commitment, you will receive personalized assistance and additional support.

Eligibility

To join and remain in the Program, your wiki must:

• Have a (semi)-active community with a demonstrated history of constructive edits.

• Agree to uphold the content and conduct standards of WikiOasis.

• Continue contributing to WikiOasis regularly.

Partner Benefits

As a Partner, your wiki will receive:

• Personalized Support: One-on-one guidance, priority assistance, and help with advanced editing, organization, and formatting.

• Content Collaboration: Access to a community of fellow Partners for project collaboration and feedback.

• Recognition: Special designation of partnership status at an undecided location

Partner Responsibilities

As a Partner, your wiki agrees to:

• Regularly contribute meaningful and constructive content to your WikiOasis.

• Adhere to the WikiOasis community guidelines, policies, and editorial standards.

• Maintain an active presence and participate in discussions when possible.

Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until terminated.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice (email or Discord message is sufficient).

WikiOasis reserves the right to remove a Partner from the Program due to inactivity, violation of policies, or other behavior inconsistent with the goals of the Program.

Other notes

Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not entitle you to monetary compensation. The benefits provided are non-monetary and based on your active contribution.

WikiOasis reserves the right to modify this Agreement or the Program at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the WikiOasis Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement.
