I can't seem to do anything other than viewing on [[wo:countduckula:|Count Duckula Wiki]] and [[wo:rogerrabbit:|Roger Rabbit Wiki]]. I am logged in and have the permissions to change the wiki's settings, yet the Administration links aren't showing up. These issues are why I can't access Special:Import nor Special:RequestImport.
