I originally posted this on the [[Community portal#Problems with Count Duckula Wiki|community portal]]. I can't seem to do anything other than viewing on [[wo:countduckula:|Count Duckula Wiki]]. I am logged in and have the permissions to change the wiki's settings, yet the Administration links aren't showing up. These issues could be why I can't access [[wo:countduckula:Special:Import|Special:Import]] nor [[wo:countduckula:Special:RequestImport|Special:RequestImport]].
