I am logged in and have the permissions to change the wiki's settings, yet the Administration links aren't showing up. These issues could be why I can't access [[wo:countduckula:Special:Import|Special:Import]] nor [[wo:countduckula:Special:RequestImport|Special:RequestImport]].
