Block evasion by making alt accounts to bypass what he was blocked for Khalfi2008 seems closely similar to this user Anon2017 by having the close to the same editing style and blocked for sockpuppeting. On this topic https://greatcharacters.miraheze.org/wiki/Topic:Ynw7fieuxcjtyspc DandysWorldFan2025 admits he made accounts that got blocked for block evasion by saying this "especially CrazySpruiker2001, blocked my other accounts for doing so." Then on his AnonTheDandyWorldFan he messages me with "Sorry for hiding your topics in the talk page, but can you please delete my four other accounts? I’m also fine with group pages." after I blocked The DandysWorldFan2025 for hiding post on this topic https://greatcharacters.miraheze.org/wiki/Topic:Ynsdspf1o4h4py1a?action=history . - To update this Khalfi2008 has been going around acting like a troll begging me to unblock them and acting extremely rude while making up some false claims about how I am treating other users as crap when I have done no such thing to many people. - That I understand. And I understand that it's frustrating when you want to edit something, but you can't, too. Believe me - I've been there.
- But understand also, that a block isn't placed on you for fun. There is a deeper lying issue why you were blocked. We do allow you to ask for an unblock here on meta. But one admin should suffice. Not 4 or 5 different users (of which one I understood wasn't even an admin).
- You have now asked for an unblock. all that you can now do, is sit back and relax. One of them will respond to you, as soon as they can.
- And - that's a possibility too - if the admins have talked it through and decide that they won't unblock you, than all you can do, is focus your attention on something else. No reason to create different accounts to edit there, as that would lead to a global ban on all Miraheze wikis.
- And if the admins decide to give you a chance, be grateful for that, and walk on eggshells from then on.

- No need to keep repeating yourself!
- From your reply I can deduct that he declined to unblock you.
- All you can do now, is focus your attention on something else, somewhere else - but not on ICW.
- No reason to create different accounts - as you have done - to edit there, as that would lead to a global ban on all Miraheze wikis.
- Also, be aware, if you keep bugging any of the admins from that wiki, or the Miraheze stewards, about wanting to edit on that wiki, it might be perceived as being disruptive, which might lead to a bann as well.

- This is not a matter which requires global intervention. Local admins/crats are within rights to remove folks they deem disruptive and are not obligated to unblock, provided they do so fairly. I recommend moving on and not continue this discussion on Meta.

Apply for global IP block exemption permission

In Chinese mainland, due to the influence of the Great Firewall (GFW), accessing Miraheze's website can sometimes be very difficult or even impossible. In such cases, a VPN is required to speed up access. However, many VPN IP addresses are globally blocked, which can result in being unable to log in, or being automatically logged out when trying to access a Miraheze Wiki that hasn't been visited before. Therefore, a Global IP Block Exemption permission is needed. However, even with the Global IP Block Exemption permission, the issue of being automatically logged out when visiting a Miraheze Wiki where I don’t have a local account might still persist.
