“a community management” is very vague. Is there a specific community that you will be documenting? Please explain what a page on your wiki would be about, that may help us better understand your goal. Thanks!

I am a director and member of community management in a small village in Israel also known as Kibbutz.
We have bimonthly meetings in which we discuss on matters related to the community. We would like to have a place where we can upload protocols and write our decisions so that we have it documented in a way that we can later search the database for historical decisions by keywords.
