This comes from the long tradition of noventa (https://x.com/90248a) and "25 minutos de research" from Pedro Herrero (https://www.youtube.com/@ExtremoCentroLive) of mapping the relationships between political parties, activism and public grants citating available information from public sources. IN particular the relationship between cabinet staff and press.

This wiki would source that research to the hivemind, in particular to the spanish following of Pedro Herrero (the mopongos community).
