Due to technical issues that are also present on Count Duckula Wiki, I am unable to do anything, including importing the file myself. On the wiki, when I go to Special:Import, I get a permission error, and when I go to Special:RequestImport, it says "Import requests are disabled on this wiki. Please request an import from the central wiki."
