+*Unless this farm will appeal to certain languages very strongly, it is probably essential for a candidate to have a strong understanding of English. If not for what will likely be the majority of requests, then for communicating with the primarily English-speaking management of this farm. The Content Policy itself is not especially thorough, drawing what it has almost verbatim from Miraheze, and does not even approach the matter of private wikis. A mishap here is a failure of management to make this clear, not of the candidate, given the newness and lack of mold in this project. Really there should not be wiki creators at all who are not core team members, as it is the core team members who should not only understand what is supposed to be hosted but also to discover and patch up key holes like the private wiki question when they come up. I was told on Discord this isn't even intended to be a particularly large farm, so I don't see the need for a wiki creation team at all beyond the core staff who can take a glance.
