I've enabled the GrowthExperiments extension and set it up here, to allow for new users to connect with a mentor and ask questions they may have to them, along with suggesting tasks such as adding links between mainspace pages and and copyediting. I don't think GrowthExperiments will necessarily be here for a long time, but I'd like to see if it helps with retention and encouraging volunteering here.
