:I’ve just confirmed that your account has the proper permissions on your wiki. Please make sure you’re actually logged in locally to your wiki when trying to make these edits, I’m guessing that’s it. If that isn’t the case, please let me know. I can't seem to do anything other than viewing on Count Duckula Wiki. I am logged in and have the permissions to change the wiki's settings, yet the Administration links aren't showing up. These issues could be why I can't access Special:Import nor Special:RequestImport.
