August 29, 2025, 10:41 AM MDT &ndash; Justarandomamerican moved to approve the previous meeting's minutes. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Globe had no objections. The motion was adopted with no objections at 11:12 AM MDT.

1:34 PM MDT &ndash; Justarandomamerican moved to adopt the new draft of the Bylaws, which can be found [[Special:PermanentLink/1918|here]]. Globe seconded the motion, and Dream Indigo ayed. The Ayes had it, and the motion was adopted at 1:38 PM MDT.
