The Treasurer reported that the bank wanted a document proving our tax exempt status, so she asked another bank, but she has not heard back from them. The money is sitting on the Treasurer's account, and she is keeping track of how much has been donated. As of the meeting time, $25 had been donated and the Treasurer has loaned $85.

4:52 PM MDT – Angela moved that Justarandomamerican and her look for other grants, and bring a few to the following meeting. Justarandomamerican and Dream Indigo seconded the motion. The motion was adopted with no objections at 4:58 PM MDT.
4:53 PM MDT – Angela moved that as the Treasurer she would figure out the bank situation and acquire an account in the following two weeks. Dream Indigo seconded the motion. The motion was adopted with no objections at 5:01 PM MDT.
5:02 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved to suspend the rules and require the Board's pre-approval for the initial loan agreement between the Treasurer and the Foundation. Angela said that any loan agreement will include zero interest and extended payback time. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Globe had no objections. The motion was adopted with no objections at 5:09 MDT.
5:10 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved that the Board approves of the President signing a loan agreement between the Treasurer in her personal capacity and the Foundation for the sum of $130, including the initial $85. Angela and Dream Indigo ayed. The Ayes had it, and the motion was adopted at 5:13 MDT.
New business
5:15 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican has been working on a new draft of the Bylaws, which can be found here.
5:28 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved that the Board undertakes fundraising activities on and off WikiOasis Foundation sites to reach the goal of $250 before January 1, 2026. Dream Indigo, Angela, and Justarandomamerican ayed. The Ayes had it, and the motion was adopted at 5:32 MDT.
