The Treasurer reported that the money that has been donated so far has been used by the President in incorporating the non-profit.
A non-profit bank account was approved to be opened, and the Bylaws were approved.

Old business

4:38 PM MDT – The President moved to appoint Angela as Treasurer, and Globe as Vice President. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Angela had no objections. The motion was adopted with no objections at 4:41 PM MDT.

New business

4:45 PM MDT – The President moved to approve Bylaws as the WikiOasis Foundation's bylaws. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Angela ayed. The President opened the floor to discussion by any Director. Dream Indigo and the President ayed. The Ayes had it, and the motion was adopted at 4:53 PM MDT.

4:56 PM MDT – The President moved that the Treasurer contacts the First Wyoming Bank and Trust as soon as possible to inquire about opening the non-profit organization checking account. The motion was adopted with no objections at 5:40 PM MDT.

5:46 PM MDT – The Board of Directors of the WikiOasis Foundation was adjourned.
