4:38 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved to appoint Angela as Treasurer, and Globe as Vice President. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Angela had no objections. The motion was adopted with no objections at 4:41 PM MDT.

New business

4:45 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved to approve Bylaws as the WikiOasis Foundation's bylaws. Dream Indigo seconded the motion, and Angela ayed. Justarandomamerican opened the floor to discussion by any Director. Dream Indigo and Justarandomamerican ayed. The Ayes had it, and the motion was adopted at 4:53 PM MDT.

4:56 PM MDT – Justarandomamerican moved that the Treasurer contacts the First Wyoming Bank and Trust as soon as possible to inquire about opening the non-profit organization checking account. The motion was adopted with no objections at 5:40 PM MDT.

5:46 PM MDT – The Board of Directors of the WikiOasis Foundation is adjourned.
