1. Received reports from Justarandomamerican, and Dream Indigo as the formally appointed Secretary.
2. Approved the business to be discussed at the meeting.
3. Old business was discussed; Angela was appointed as Treasurer, and Globe as Vice President.
4. The Treasurer reported that the money that has been donated so far has been used by Justarandomamerican in incorporating the non-profit.
5. A non-profit bank account was approved to be opened, and the Bylaws were approved.
6. New business was tabled; no new business.
