Usage Note

This template should always be substituted.

Add {{subst:Uw-username}} to the subject user's user talk page via substitution.

Please make a request for a change in username as soon as possible via the link on the Meta main page. If you do not make a username change request within a reasonable time, your account may be globally locked, preventing login to any WikiOasis wiki. If you believe your username does not violate policy, leave a message on my talk page or post at Steward requests for clarification.
