== Usage ==
This template is used on [[Wikipedia:talk pages|talk pages]] to shorten the typing of "per [[w:WP:SNOW|WP:SNOW]]" and to show clearly that a proposal of some sort has been decided through consensus by [[w:WP:SNOW|the snowball clause]].

You may either use {{tl|snow}} by itself for simply "per [[w:WP:SNOW|WP:SNOW]] [[File:Bouncing Snowball.png|15px]]" or you may append a custom message at the beginning as an optional parameter.
