Template:Policy draft/doc

Users are free to create pages written in the formal way that they would appear in practice, but if so this template should be used at the top of the proposed page. For additional clarity, it's suggested to put the draft in your 'userspace' (a subpage of your username). You can achieve the necessary consensus by creating a Request for Comment, linking the page this template is used on and elaborating as needed.

Usage
