I run Plydiapedia (https://plydiapedia.wikioasis.org/wiki/Main_Page), which was created for a private project. I have had a consistent problem with random users coming in and messing with templates, creating their own pages, etc. | |||

I have looked for ways to stop this, but everything I've seen requires me to edit LocalSettings.php, which I don't have access to. Can a steward please disable non-admins from editing, while leaving it open to viewing? | |||
