| CentralNotice extension causing ResourceLoader startup failure. I am experiencing a critical issue on my wiki (<nowiki>https://subspaceworld.wikioasis.org/wiki</nowiki>). VisualEditor and Special pages (such as Special:Preferences) are not functioning. The URL changes (e.g., ?action=edit), but the UI does not load. The stack trace indicates that the CentralNotice extension is attempting to access cn_* tables (e.g., cn_notices) which do not exist in the database. This causes the ResourceLoader startup module to fail, which in turn breaks the entire JavaScript UI (including Preferences tabs and VisualEditor). Could you please either: Disable the CentralNotice extension for this wiki or Run the required database updates (e.g., maintenance/update.php) to create the necessary cn_* tables?
