As indicated on Discord, the only way this can be accepted is if you can strongly assure us you will not perform the same activity as Miraheze, where you created wikis that took the Wikipedia landing page (essentially pretending to be it), used Wikipedia content, and then created a whole bunch of accounts and requesting yet more wikis doing the same thing on those accounts. That will not happen here and if you do assure us we will make sure that is still the case later.
