*A community member initiates a petition to reverse one of the following decisions:
**Global bans, not by the Community Support and Safety team
**Changes to global (non-Foundation) policy and processes, and/or
**Changes to the Steward team.
*The petition gets at least 3 signatures from other community members, otherwise, it fails at this point
*A discussion opens. It must get a consensus to reverse the decision within 7 days. If there are 5 votes in favor and a clear consensus after a day has passed, the discussion shall be closed in favor of reversing the decision by the team, per WP:SNOW.
