Clearly a trusted person with zero vandalic intentions, who knows how Mediawiki works, and who has the "wiki spirit": always kind, patient, respectful, friendly, collaborative. I trust them with the admin tools and, if they ever want to become one, I'd also support a future Global Adminship candidature.
