The WikiOasis community elects various people who hold global rights to perform global functions. This policy details guidelines for use of their tools.
Groups holding global rights
The following groups hold global rights on WikiOasis:
Global rights and Meta
Those who hold global rights have a special relationship with Meta (meta.wikioasis.org). Stewards serve exclusively as Meta Bureaucrats and as Meta Administrators by default. This means Stewards participate in the local administration of Meta.
