The following list contains all users who have been globally banned.
This list does not include accounts that have been globally locked for any other reasons such as cross-wiki spamming or vandalism. Such users are not necessarily 'globally banned'.
Global bans applies to the person and all accounts they use. This list only includes primary accounts. Sockpuppet and alternate accounts are not listed. This information is available in categories and other lists.
Foundation bans
As a matter of policy, the WikiOasis Foundation does not publish reasons for banning someone.
