Global Administrators are users who have the ability to use technical tools such as deleting pages and blocking users like Global Patrollers, and have additional permissions such as global blocking a specific user on all WikiOasis wikis. They assist in vandalism prevention and cleanup, alongside Stewards and Global Patrollers.
Permissions
Global Administrators have the technical ability to do the following (not an exhaustive list):
- Protect pages
- Delete and undelete pages, revisions and logged actions
- Globally and locally block and unblock users
- Edit fully protected pages, and those in the MediaWiki namespace

Appointment
Global Administrator is a highly trusted role, giving users the ability to manage certain global functionality, such as central notices and the global title blacklist. - At least 5 users vote in the discussion
- At least a 2/3 support ratio
- The request must have been open for at least 5 days
Revocation
In the event that a request for the removal of administrator for a user is opened on the Community portal, for the request to be deemed successful, there needs to be the following:
- A 50% support ratio
- The request has been open for at least 3 days
- At least 3 users vote in the discussion
