Community Support and Safety is the team of volunteers responsible for community support, trust and safety, and responding to serious incidents. They have access to various tools, including CheckUser and Oversight.
Scope of duties
Community Support and Safety usually responds to any of the following:
- General community support
- Trust incidents
- Technical security incidents (in collaboration with the Tech Team)
- Terms of service violations
- Copyright violations
- Harassment
- Safety incidents
- Harassment
- Terms of service violations
- Child pornography
- Extreme pornography
- Privacy and data protection incidents
