The Board unanimously approved two new expenditures:

1. Costs of roughly $3/month, although it would probably be less, for a one time backup of the site in its current state;
2. A future cost of approximately $1.25/month for a final backup of SkyWiki to be stored as cold archive storage, which would be required to be stored for at least 365 days; however given its size, which can be futher reduced, it would probably be less than $1.25.
